I dont know if you know but doing thousands of frames per ep is a lot of work combined it with dubbing it really is not an easy job to do... Lets just be happy that we are getting an ep every week with good animation...

There's always that sort of unique "feel" I get or what I tend to notice more when it comes to these studios, like Mappa for example, they have amazing works and a strong focus on quality of life for said characters in their environment.

For Toei, I see them repeating scenes from the previous episodes or within the same episode. Doesn't get any more simpler than that. Honestly, it's kind of annoying.
